In the month of love, gift yourself with a workshop that uses asana, breath and acupuncture to create a healthy heart. We will start this workshop with approximately 75 minutes of yin yoga. Yin Yoga is a slower, more meditative style of practice, that brings balance to more active forms of yoga.
In this class you will practice yin postures good for emotional and physical heart health. Finish the practice with an acupuncture session that focuses on soothing the heart. You will leave this workshop feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.
